Abstract:
The Author focuses on ideological and theoretical aspects of the political modernization process, which is still continuing since the Independence of Kazakhstan. By applying theoretical concepts into political changes, the Author explains social-economic development of Kazakhstan by focusing on reforms conducted by the government in the field of ensuring the participation of the people in decision making process through developing democratic institutions.
