In this article author denoted initiation of first transnational corporations and their evaluation and developing stages in global experiment. Evaluation of transnational corporations have determined and divided into five development stages according to with their historical improvements and their organizational features, strategies, capital scales significantly. In every stage of development transnational corporations have dominated with their goals and advantages of strategies. Indeed author noted that recent tendency and importance of transnational
corporations in global market. As a conclusion author highlighted transnational corporations requires permanent research and analysis as a factor of economic catalyst in globalization.
