dc.description.abstract The article provides analysis of the concept of responsibility which is determined as an enforced sanction for the violation of a legal norm, based on the research of a number of jurists. The category of responsibility is regarded in retrospective (negative) and prospective (positive) aspects. The particularities of an employer’s legal responsibility before the labor legal norms are studied in detail. Some aspects of an executive officer’s responsibility as a special subject of pecuniary responsibility empowered to take on behalf of the employer and in the interest thereof important action in the field of labor relations are also studied. en_US
