Abstract:
At the start of the reforms in the end of 1970s China did not have the elaborated foreign economy strategy.
The basic reference points, including the concept of creation of open economic regions, were developed
gradually, in view of the economic development practice and the situation in the global market. The article
tackles the basic directions of the further reforms in the Chinese investment sphere.
