Abstract:
The article is dedicated to one of the most actual problem of modern process of globalization - the creation
of supranational institutions. Nowadays EU Member States as well as Kazakhstan, are in search of
own identity, therefore models and rates of integration process in Europe have great value for development
of the Kazakhstan foreign policy. Furthermore in the article is analyzed the influence of consecutive signing
of the international agreements on the reforming of supranational institutes. Along with it, in the article is
considered the phenomenon of “flexible integration”, which allows interested EU member states to cooperate
among themselves within the framework of present institutes of EU more closely.
