dc.description.abstract The model congruencies formations of culture of anti-recessionary management, its making factors influencing them is considered and proved. Transformation process is structured, internal components are defined. The transient problems, stirring to achievement of results, possible scenarios of development of transient and forecasting of results, and also criteria of an estimation of efficiency of anti-recessionary management are considered. Actions and methods of the decision of problems are offered the leader of the enterprise. en_US
