Abstract:
This article is worked out a new transition type of Kazakh alphabet for Latin - English
graphic. There is a suggestion to use 26 English letters of alphabet and they apostrophe.
Recommended new alphabet give ability of using the potential of computer technology in
the whole. New alphabet appropriate to phonetics, orthographical, phrase logical, and other
principles of existing Kazakh language.
