Abstract:
The special place among other ways of selection of the staff on the state service is borrowed with certification. It is caused by that the basic purpose of certification is a regular determination of a professional qualities of the employee and a degree of his conformity to qualifying requirements. Present article is devoted to the analysis of problems of legal regulation of the institute, and also development of offers on its perfection.
