Abstract:
In the given work as object of research are students of KU at whom motives of the doctrine of students in HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION and its influence on success of educational activity were examined.
B.I.Dodonova's research on allocation of four structural components of motivation is analysed, the factors influencing on success of training also are described.
