dc.description.abstract In this article the substantiation place and role art in the moral-aesthetic of growing-up pupils. Social – economical and spiritual-cultural pecularities of turkish society (X-XIV cc), have influenced on the development and the formation of national pedagogy and psychology, they have become an agende in forming basis of the modern psycho- pedagogical scince. Social and cultural, ethnic specific pecularities of turkish people, succession and interrelation ideas of medieval thinkers, national pedagogy and psychology of turks testify about the necessity of taking in to account educational-training process of national –speceific character, properties and qualities of its participants. en_US
