Abstract:
The article is devoted to the issue of formation of managerial competence of primary school teachers. The managerial competence of the future primary school teacher is an integrative unity of the functional and personal components that ensure the implementation of managerial functions and personal qualities for the purpose of teaching, education and development of all subjects of the educational process in primary school. The structural components of the managerial competence of future primary school teachers include functional and personal managerial competencies. The managerial competence model includes the following blocks: methodological block (approaches: systemic, competency-based, subjective, student-centered, integrative-differentiated); target block (goal and objectives); content (the content of the educational material of the managerial competence of the future elementary school teacher); technological unit (stages; program; forms, methods and means; psychological- pedagogical conditions for the formation of the managerial competence of a future elementary school teacher); outcome (increasing the level of managerial competence of future primary school teachers).
