Abstract:
This article discusses the theoretical and practical aspects of transnational processes in the modern world. Fundamental changes in the second half of the 20th-century in the system of international relations involve the activities of many new actors, such as International legal institutions, Transnational Corporations, Transnational Banks, International Organizations, etc. Transnational Corporations and projects have a significant impact on the world economy and also on socio - economic development not only of a single country, but of the whole region. The author analyzes the global economic partnership, which is a complex and interrelated world economic system of modern society. The current processes in the modern world are intensified and with the development of information technologies that have led to the acceleration of globalization, transnational corporations in the IT industry have begun to actively influence all spheres of society. The author believes that it is necessary to consider megaprojects and their place in the modern world from all possible points of view, since they are associated with high expectations and serious risks for the participating countries.
