Abstract:
Central Asian region in the modern conditions is multinational: it is inhabited by representatives of Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan and Turkmenistan. What is the OSCE's dialogue and Central Asia during the global crisis and global modernity? Try to find an answer, considering the political aspect of the dialogue in the OSCE chairmanship.
