Abstract:
initiated by the Head of State Nursultan Nazarbayev in 2011 became the measure of the achievements of the country for "20 years of peace and creation". December 16, 1991 the Supreme Soviet of the Republic of Kazakhstan was adopted by the Constitutional Law "About State Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan". This historic event was the result vindicated hopes and aspirations of several generations of the Kazakh people. For the first time Kazakhstan gained the status of legally independent state recognized by the international community.
