Abstract:
In the theory of adaptation processes are the following periods of professional adaptation: the pre –production period (in the family, at school, vocational) school and the production period (at the enterprise).The research examines last stage of professional adaptation, because the first two phases are well. Represented in the works of educators, psychologists and others. A stable system of adaptation to educational activity has developed in the practice of universities, while their future professional is greatly weak end after the graduates.
